2015 Amendment Vote

2/3 of the co-owners voted in favor of the Amendments.  The ballots and mortgage documents were sent to the attorney July 14th.   The attorney sent the mortgage companies the information and gave them the specified days to respond.  Once the 90 days have passed the amendment will be filed with the county.  When the attorney gets the recorded amendment back, it will be sent to Management.  Heriman will make the copies for each co-owner and distribute.  Reference:  Master Deed Article XII (b), Bylaws Article XVI, Sections 3 and 5
