Must secure objects in recycle and garbage bins

Please be advised it is the responsibility of each co-owner to secure objects in their recycle bins, trash bins, and garbage bags.  If your trash is not secured, it can blow all over the neighborhood (yards, streets, porches).  We have had several windy days and nights now.  As a result, trash and bins have blown all over the neighborhood, causing quite a mess.

Please put your address on your recycle bins and garbage cans, to make it easier to return such items, in case they are blown away.  (i.e.  47651 VCS or VCN)
