During this time of mandatory self-isolation and social distancing,  please remember to look out for our Vistas neighbors.  A phone call a day to shut-ins and elderly friends can make all the difference in how they feel and how you feel.  Please contact a Board member, if you have a need.  We will attempt to meet that need, if possible.

I have a link to a very good video at the bottom of this post.  This YouTube video was made by a doctor in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  He demonstrates how we should sterilize and clean the groceries and supplies that we purchase; or that are purchased for us.  May seem a little lengthy, but well worth the viewing.

Keep informed of daily events via radio, television, phone, computer, etc.; but try not to listen to it all day.  That can dampen your spirits and create an unintentional sense of hopelessness.

While the weather is nice, try to get outside and enjoy the sunshine.  Take a walk.  Sit on your porch.  Just a wave and greeting to people doing the same thing can make you feel all warm and alive inside; and perhaps make them feel the same way.
