At this time it's only appropriate for a BIG thank you to Ernie Cesarone for his many years of service to our Association Board maintaining and improving our Grounds (along with anything else he was asked to do).  I can just remember him rushing into Board meetings directly from work and never complaining when the meetings lasted 3 hours or more!  Then of course all the weekends and evenings it was necessary for him to be with vendors - rain or shine - to make sure our needs were properly met.  Thank you just doesn't suffice!

Just a few notes from your Board:

1) Please submit your ballot to approve the amendments and clarifications to the Master Deed.  All votes must be submitted prior to July 10th.

2) Mortgage Info to Herriman:  Each homeowner is responsible to supply Herriman the name and address of their mortgage, prior to July 10th.   Those not in compliance:  A fee will be charged back to the homeowner if Herriman is forced to get the information from a title company.

3) Altering or Modification of Limited Common Areas (landscaping, doors, windows, decks, patios, etc):  Modification forms MUST be filled out and submitted to Herriman, Attn:  Sandy O'Daniel (sodaniel@herriman.net) or Sarah Toccalino ( stoccalino@herriman.net) PRIOR to commencing on the work.   Once approved by the board, the work may commence and the homeowner is responsible for the cost of approved alterations and/or modifications. AltMod forms are found on the Herriman web site (www.herriman.net)

   

4) Date of next Board meeting is Wednesday, July 29, at 1:00 p.m. Homeowners are welcome to attend and observe. Please contact Herriman if you have an issue to discuss with the board and need to be placed on the agenda.

You do not need to know how to play poker in order to participate.  Instructions and score card will be given out at the Clubhouse prior to playing.  We will start out and end up at the clubhouse.  Along the way participating (5) garages may also have snacks and beverages for participants. Limited walking is involved between the garages. Lots of socializing and laughter!

A Reminder About the Upcoming Neighborhood Prayer Group Tuesday July 7th at Mary Fueling's house ( 47795 Vistas Circle South)  Come and socialize at 7:00 p.m., prayers and intentions will be held from 7:30 to 8:00 p.m.Prayers are received whether verbalized or given silently so there is no right way; we would love to lift up our prayers together.  If you have intentions you would like included, please advise Mary at (mfueling5847@gmail.com) or Chris at (christinemeath@gmail.com).

Pickle Ball organization meeting Thursday, July 9 at 6:30 at the Tennis Courts. Come one, come all.  We can play a bit and decide on regular play days.  Hopefully at least once during the day and once in the evening.
