BYLAW AMENDMENT
Thanks to the 40 plus co-owners that attended the information meeting last week for the Proposed ByLaw Amendment. Lots of valuable information exchange occurred, and many questions asked and resolved.
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR VOTES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A CO-OWNER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS VITAL SEGMENT OF ASSOCIATION ACTIVITY.

Composite Railing - MUST MATCH Trex
color "Tree House" which is a PVC extruded railing.
NOTE: All composite decks must be approved by
the board.
