  Happy Spring Neighbors! 

As we progress into our Spring and Summer seasons here are a few updates -

First of all "SAVE THE DATE"

Further details to follow shortly, but plan on joining your neighbors to enjoy a fun and casual celebration!
Unfortunately we couldn't celebrate on May 5 due to the election, but we can always celebrate until just past midnight!

The Beef & Beer Social event was a great success with 35 co-owners enjoying another delicious meal presented by Mary Grady and the Social Committee.  All agree the beef sandwiches she puts together are the best in town!

A few additional notes:

As the seasons change, it is a good time to review your bylaws with regard to landscaping and planting guidelines. A reminder - if you have created your own landscape (or moved into a condo with self-created landscape) it is your responsibility to maintain that landscape.

Also, we want to make sure all pet owners once again are vigilant in supervising your dogs while keeping them leashes; this is for their safety and the safety of your neighbors.  Please note, it is also an ordinance in Canton Township.

The annual meeting will be coming up in May or June - as soon as the details are finalized a notice will go out immediately.
As a reminder, all homeowners are welcomed to attend the monthly Board meetings to observe, The meetings are held the last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Clubhouse.  If you have an agenda item for discussion  or wish to confirm the meeting date for the month, please contact Sarah Toccalino at Herriman.

With the arrival of Spring there will be several projects started; roofing, tree trimming, road cleaning, and our spring inspection (yet another reason to review by-laws).  But good news - the beautiful path is snow free and ready for walking!
