August 21 - Asphalt Paving Reminder

ROAD WORK TO BEGIN

Project Dates: August 26th, 28th, September 2nd and 4th
Weather permitting the Asphalt Road Seal Coating project is slated to begin August 28.  All homeowners have received the mailing indicating which day their group of homes is slated to have pavement sealed -- which means alternate parking arrangements will need to be made.
PLEASE PLAN IN ADVANCE.  You will not be able to drive on the new seal coated surface for 24 hours! Driving on the seal coat will ruin the road finish - the material will stick to your tires and mar your driveway and garage concrete.  Be careful not to track the material into your home.  Removal from flooring is very difficult.
The Co-Owners ARE NOT TO MOVE OR DRIVE AROUND THE BARRIERS PLACED ON THE ASPHALT BY T&M PAVING COMPANY. They will move the barriers when it is safe to drive on the road surface.  Co-owners who damage the road seal coat will be responsible to repair or clean up any problems incurred.
ONE ADDITIONAL NOTE - DO NOT WATER YOUR LAWNS OR OTHERWISE RUN WATER (eg. wash cars) THAT WILL RUN WATER ONTO THE STREET WHILE THE ASPHALT SEAL IS BEING DONE. The roads must be dry on the day of paving.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation - the results will be well worth it.  If you have any questions, please contact Helene Haratsaris at Herriman (734-459-5440).
