April 15, 2014

Regardless of what we saw this week - Spring is here! In my opinion only, it was such a long, cold, depressing winter, I'm glad we broke the record - there was at least something positive to remember from this winter.  Let's move on though and get back to those 60's!

SPRING SPRUCE UP

To continue the spruce up - we will be getting our front doors painted by the Letts Painting this spring / summer.  They are the same company that painted our garages last year.  If you notice any spots that require touch up on the garages, please notify Herriman, as this would be the perfect time for them to accomplish both tasks at one time!  Further details regarding scheduling will be coming soon.

DECKS !!!!!
In an effort to work on the appearance of our decks, the Association is forming a committee to review what standards we have in place now, where the gaps are, and what policy we should have going forward,  Rick Eva has volunteered (the treasurer on our Board) to chair the committee, and is looking for a few volunteers from the association to work with him.  Please contact Helene at Herriman if you are interested (hharatsaris@herriman.net), the first co-owner names to respond will be passed along to Rick.  Thanking you in advance for your efforts!!!!  The rest of us appreciate it,  many of our decks are at a point they need repair or restaining, etc.  It will be a perfect point to have a policy in place before any further money is spent!

Sorrow IS A TRIBUTE TO A Life THAT TOUCHED OTHERS  Deeply

We send our deepest sympathies to our neighbor Bev McKeague and her family.  Her husband, Tim, passed away in early April while they were in Florida.

Please keep them them in your thoughts and prayers. His memorial service will be in early May.
