August Notes:

By now we all should have received the letters that garage door painting will begin shortly.  Please contact Herriman if you have any questions.

Be sure to check your outside lights to make sure they haven't burned out! At last count we had 26 units with burned out lights.  For safety, it is very important that our streets are properly lit.  The only bulbs that should be in our lights are as follows:

Home Depot - ECO Smart 60W Equiv Daylight Bulb

We need your input - are you interested in having a screened in deck on the back of your condo?  Phase III has allowed this feature to their co-owners, and if this is something our association is interested in, the board will begin investigation.  Please send off an email, or let your board members or Helene at Herriman know if this is an idea you would like pursued -- for current or future use!
