SMOKE DETECTOR REPLACEMENT

As shared at the Annual Meeting, Vitale Electric has provided a quote for replacing the smoke detectors in our units.  The two-story units are $290 and the ranch units are $265.  They will also just replace batteries, but the cost to do the entire unit isn't much more and since they've already been used more than 10 years, it's advisable to replace the units.  Vitale Electric can be reached at 248.478-6849.  This is a co-owner responsibility so it will require making your own appointment and taking care of payment at the time of service.  Our condo documents stipulate that all electrical and plumbing repairs must be done by a licensed professional, thus the necessity of finding a reliable vendor was necessary.  We hope this information will be helpful.
