We Board members have received many calls regarding the communication packet recently distributed by Herriman & Associates, Inc. For clarification, the information contained in the packet is applicable to use of the shared recreational facilities only. The policies, violations and fines and rules and regulations are strictly for use of the pool, tennis court and clubhouse amenities.
To ensure safe and enjoyable use of the facilities, please take a moment to read through the content of the packet.
The Vistas of Central Park management company remains BLS Property Management, CO. If you have not read the blog recently, please be aware that the property manager for our community has been re-assigned. Our manager is now Clarice Wakefield.
