Instructions for Payment of Monthly Assessment

The Board of Directors is continuing to conduct a comprehensive study of last year and the current year expenses, as well as those forthcoming in 2022 for administration, maintenance, utilities, and capital improvement projects. The study considers delinquent assessments, inflation, maintenance costs, capital improvement expenses and the Community Association shared cost. It also considers the funding recommendations cited in the Reserve Study.

 

At this point in our review, we believe that maintaining the monthly assessment at $380.00 will allow us to meet our expenses and build up reserve funds. Therefore, the monthly assessment will remain at $380.00 for 2022. We expect to conclude our review in January, formally adopt the Budget and distribute a copy to the membership in mid-February.

 

 

HOW DO I MAKE MY MONTHLY ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS?

 

Your monthly Association Fee continues to be due on the first of  each month and is late after the 5th day. A late fee of $25.00 will be charge after the 5th day of the month if payment is not received.

1.  JANUARY, 2022 PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

All January 2022 payments must be made by check.

Enclosed in your packet is a pre-addressed envelope for use in mailing your January 2022 payment to Vistas -of Central Park Condominium Association.  Please make sure your unit address is on your check to ensure proper credit to your account.

Option 2.  IF PAYMENT IS ISSUED BY YOUR BANK, (if you have your bank or credit union electronically sends payment i.e. utilities, charge cards, etc.)

The Remittance Address MUST BE CHANGED  to the LOCK BOX ADDRESS below, BEGINNING WITH THE JANUARY ASSESSMENT, AND BEAR YOUR UNIT BLS ACCOUNT NUMBER.

Option 3.  ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER CONSENT FORM

Please fill out the attached form. EFT FORM  Attach a voided check to this form and mail to the address below.  This Electronic Funds Transfer Consent form must be received by BLS, no later than January 20, 2022, in order to activate for the February payment.
