Updates from the Board of Directors

Painting
Painting of buildings 25 through 42 have been completed. Next year buildings 1 through 24 will be done, thereby, completing the project.  

Roofing
Re-roofing buildings 7, 18, 25, 27, 29, 51 and 61 are scheduled to be done in July.  

At the annual meeting there were misstatements made by co-owners which need to be corrected for the record:
1- it was stated that our monthly fees were excessive and that Vistas 3 paid considerably less, but in fact, even after paying an assessment and incurring considerable debt, their fees are within $15 per month of ours. 

2- it was stated that two years Herriman failed to respond to a co-owners request to install plantings in a utility bed.  After checking, the owner admitted that he forgot that Herriman indeed responded promptly.
