Landscaping and Mulch

An Alteration/Modification form must be submitted to add mulch to landscaped areas.  This year the association WILL NOT be providing mulch for the limited common areas; therefore, many homeowners have been adding or may wish to add mulch to their landscaping to give it a fresh look.

The mulch must be of 100% wood composition, Dark Brown in color.   

The process:  Fill out the Alt/Mod form on the Herriman website, or submit a form to one of the Board of Directors.
