Herriman & Associates has sent every co-owner two packets of information regarding this meeting.  The first packet contained the Meeting Information, Nominating Petition, Designated Voting Representative form, and a Proxy form.  The second packet contained the Central Park Community Association Clubhouse Rules and Rental Regulations; and the Central Park Community Association Financial Report.

Two (2) Director positions are up for election.  A nominating petition was sent to each unit.  Anyone interested in nominating themselves, or another co-owner should fill out this petition and preferably return in advance of the meeting to:

In order to conduct the meeting, a quorum of 35% of co-owners of Vistas of Central Park Condominium Association must be present, either in person or by proxy.  A Proxy form was enclosed in the packet sent to each unit.  The Proxy form must be signed by the Designated Voting Representative as it authorizes someone else to vote on your behalf.  An Orange Proxy postcard was also enclosed, if you wish to vote but cannot attend the meeting.  The Proxy postcard must be signed by the Designated Voting Presentative as it authorizes someone else to vote on your behalf. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ATTEND THE MEETING OR SEND IN YOUR PROXY.  If you don't know to whom to proxy your vote, please authorize a current director of a co-owner who will attend the meeting.

The Nominating Petition, Designated Voting Representative form, and Proxy Form may be turned in at the meeting.  However, it is preferred to turn them in advance of the meeting to:
