Violation letters Re: Vents

The Board wishes to apologize to those residents who got a violation letter to paint their vents on the side of their unit.  This letter should not have been sent to the homeowner.  However, if the violation letter stated that your vent needed to be replaced, caulked, or repaired; then you are expected to do so by the deadline given in the letter.
