LED Lights for Exterior Coach Lights

The board has determined it will be more beneficial to change over to LED lights for the exterior fixtures.  Below is one example of the approved type.  No matter the manufacturer, the LED light bulb must have the same specifications as the bulb below:

·         LED DAYL
·         60w Replacement (uses only 9.5w)
·         Brightness 840 lumens
·         5000K Daylight appearance

The Association will provide the bulbs for all of the exterior garage coach lights.

The Homeowner is responsible for the exterior Front Porch & exterior Deck coach lights.  Note:  to be replaced as the existing CFL bulbs burn out.
