Fire Lanes

The fire lane signs in our community are not a suggestion.  They are posted because it is against Michigan Vehicle Code Act 300 of 1949, 257.674 (aa) In a place or in a manner that blocks access to a space clearly designated as a fire lane.  Violators can be ticketed.  Emergency vehicles must have free access to go anywhere in our community.  Please do not park in the fire lanes; and ask your guests and contractors not to park in the fire lanes.
