New Board Member Positions

Since Ray and Jan Losi have moved from our neighborhood, Denny Fuelling has agreed to come aboard as a trustee, to fill the vacancy, until the election at the annual meeting.

Motions from the November 30, 2016 meeting:

8.4  Appointment of Trustee

Mr. Eva motioned and was supported by Mr. Cesarone, to appoint Denny Fuelling as a trustee on the Board of Directors, for a period of six (6) months (until the election).  Mr. Fuelling’s appointment would begin on January 1, 2017, or the date that Ms. Losi’s house sells.  All ayes.  Motion carried.

A motion was made by Fred Reid, supported by Margaret Mittleman for the following changes of the Board positions:  Mr. Reid will move to the president’s position, Mr. Cesarone will move to the vice-president’s position; and Ms. Losi will be considered President At-Large.  All ayes.  Motion carried.
