Landscaping and Mulch

An Alteration/Modification form must be completed and submitted to Herriman prior to any landscaping changes or additions.  Please defer to the 2016 Rules recently distributed for landscaping rules.
An Alteration/Modification form must be submitted to add mulch to landscaped areas.  This year the association WILL NOT be providing mulch for the limited common areas; therefore, many homeowners have been adding mulch to their landscaping to give it a fresh look.   An Alt/Mod form must be submitted to Herriman to add mulch to your landscaping.
The mulch must be of 100% wood composition, Dark Brown in color.   
The process:  Fill out the Alt/Mod form on the Herriman website, or submit a form to one of the Board of Directors.
