June 2013 Meeting Points
- Co-owners: If you think you still have a need for re-leveling of cement (including drive walkway and steps), send a notice to Herriman via Doug Courter, dcourter@herriman.net, for further action.
- There is still time to send in your Directory Release Form! The deadline has been extended to August 15, 2013. After that point, a Directory will be assembled with the names and information as released by co-owners. This directory will be posted on the blog for the convenience of access and updating. Release forms are available from Herriman per an email request to Doug Coulter.
- Helene Haratsaris at Herriman will be advising all co-owners with the garage door painting schedule as it becomes available.
- Bids are being obtained by Herriman for batch prepaid services of (1) fire alarm replacements & battery change and (2) dryer vent cleaning. Updates to follow!
- Our by-laws state no more than two (2) sets of wind chimes on the back decks only; please be respectful to your neighbors, as even with this number and a good windy day, two wind chimes can sound like the Philharmonic orchestra (albeit untuned), and can be quite distracting rather than soothing as we'd like! Especially if we ever get to open our windows and air out the houses!
- Rules at the swimming pool require no food on the deck for health, safety, and maintenance issues. Please support the regulation. Thank goodness we all live close enough to run home for lunches or snacks! Or enjoy a picnic on the lawn just outside the clubhouse in the shade – another summer adventure!
