It cost our Association $1,000 to repair an electronic sprinkler controller that one of the co-owners attempted to “change” by using a screwdriver to open the top. This caused water to fill the box and short out the system. The controller had to be completely replaced. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER with any sprinkler or utility boxes. If you have a concern, contact Herriman and Associates who will see that competent repairs are made as necessary.
