DRYER VENTS, SMOKE ALARM BATTERIES
Please be sure to periodically check your dryer vent, which can become clogged not only with lint, but from birds building nests, etc. When clogged, this causes a fire hazard. Also, if you find that the vent cover is missing, please replace it. (This is a co-owner responsibility.) Check your owner's manual for manufacturer guidelines on proper vent covers. These previously provided names can be contacted if you like, although the Board of Directors does not limit you to any particular service company, nor does the Board endorse vendors.
