Many co-owners have replaced their original windows with great success. Remember that an alteration/modification form needs to be sent to Kim at IMI before proceeding with your work. Effective August 24, the Board will no longer approve Majic Window Company due to customer service problems encountered in our neighborhood. Pella, Wallside, Renewal by Anderson and Nu-View have all been used to the satisfaction of our co-owners.
