CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

When neighborhood socials and resident meetings are held, there is no charge for the use of the Clubhouse. But it's also available to rent for your own use if you're having a family event or celebrating with friends. You will be provided with a new "key card" like the one used for the pool, but it will be good for only the day of your rental. Beer and wine are allowed but other alcoholic beverages are not. To reserve a date, call Herriman & Associates at 459-5440. Rental fees have not changed from last year at $175. There is a refundable security deposit of $250 as well. Rental is limited to the clubhouse itself and doesn't kinclude the other facilities such as pool, tennis courts, etc.
